After listening through the whole video the sense that I got from all the 3 editors is that no top is off-limit at the time, however, being sensitive about what readers are looking for will definitely get more boost than in the pre-COVID-19 times.
So if you are writing about the jobs, interviews, resumes, for example, consider how the external environment has changed drastically and write advice/personal essays or stories relevant to the times for it to get more publicity.
