When I was in my 20s I often tried creating YouTube videos but somehow never had the courage to post them. The reason — I just didn’t believe in myself — I still don’t to be honest. And that’s the biggest disservice one can do to self. If you give even before you start, you can never win the race.

We often find comfort in telling ourselves certain lies. These lies serve as a way to make us feel better about our circumstances or to justify our actions.

However, the problem with these lies is that they can ultimately hold us back and prevent us from reaching our full potential.

“I’m Not Good Enough”:
