Thanks for sharing insights on your experience with Intermittent fasting. I tried it sometime end last year for 4 weeks and because of severe acid reflux I gave it up. However seems like it settles post 6 weeks, maybe I gave up a little too soon. Anyway, this has tempted me into trying it again. But I do the 16:8 hour fasting rather than 23:1 that you have done. That’s insanely awesome. Kudos to you.
