I like the point you make about writing fast and getting paid for minimal effort. But, I think the title is a bit misleading - $20/hour is not a standard. I have sometimes spent weeks on an an article only to earn pennies and other times an average article wherein I would spend considerably less effort, would earn me good money. It depends on a lot of factors and a catchy title is one of them.
