It’s titled ‘How 23-hour intermittent fasting changed my life’ by Wes O'Donnell. Just thought to share in case you are interested to read on the same topic.
Reading on this topic tempts into experimenting it again. I would save a lot of time in cooking, cleaning, shopping, eating those 3 extra meals ;) — I might try it in the near future :) Thanks for sharing those insights.
